MY VIRTUAL VACATION

Hi everyone.

I recently took a “Virtual Vacation” with a 2000 Barbie International Travel Fashion Set that I wanted to share with you.

First of all, here is a picture of the set. It has outfits representing four travel locations: The Carribean, Brazil, Ireland, and Greece.

My first stop was Ireland on St. Patrick’s Day. Great outfit that suits the theme.

Second stop was Greece. I really enjoyed wearing this outfit! The top and the sandals were adorable. The pants were made from a strange nylon fabric. I would have preferred cotton. Still a great outfit though.

Next we wanted to go to the Carribean, but the weather wasn’t cooperating so we went to Brazil. Check out this beautiful dress. Amazing fabric! Unfortunately, because these fashions were made for the TNT body, the fit wasn’t great. Straps were loose and the dress had to be pulled tight in the back. I think this dress would look great on a vintage repro doll with the TNT body.

Finally, our last stop was the Caribbean. Had a great virtual beach day in this one piece striped bathing suit. Once again the fit wasn’t great but we made it work. Also wore the cat eyed sunglasses that came with the set as well as a pink version of the sandals from the Greece outfit. It was a great final day with this set.

MY FIRST MODEL SHOOT

The top and shorts in this set make a great casual outfit.

I love this dress! It's so cute!

LIFE IN MY DREAM CLOSET

Hi, I'm Mia. Welcome to my world! This is my Dream Closet where I try on all my fashions to share with everyone!

Here is one side of my closet. I love all the space that I have to store my clothing and accessories!

Here I am looking through the clothing on my rotating garment rack. It's so much fun!

Here I am sitting at the desk in my closet. It's a great place for me to get all my work done.

Here I am looking through my full length mirror. I really need this mirror to make sure my outfit looks just right!

When I am done for the day, I can close up my closet and still have a view through this great window!

But sometimes I just like to hang out outside of my closet, so I can keep an eye on everything around me especially new fashions that might be coming my way!
